Spoke to Sue at 1.15pm today, to say that my boiler had a problem (not working.) The engineer arrived around 3.30pm. His name was Jerry. He was polite, professional and had us up and running in no time. Jerry was smartly turned out, wore overshoes to protect our carpets and was a credit to the company. Would recommend South West Plumbing every time. Marks out of ten – 10. From phone call to arrival 2 hours 15 minutes. I would think that much of their work is repeat with existing clients and referrals. WELL DONE.

I am writing to express our appreciation for the work carried out today. Firstly, many thanks for the fast response you gave to our call for help.  Secondly, and certainly not least, many thanks for the professional approach shown by Peter.  He overcame a difficult situation, and in the end provided us with a much improved pipe run.  Finally he left the room neat and tidy.  Looking at the area now it is impossible to see that any disturbance had taken place.  All in all, a typically fine piece of work by South West Plumbing!

Pete was called out to an emergency over the weekend where a radiator had been pulled off the wall in a guest house. The owner of the premises rang to say how pleased she was with Pete’s professionalism and manner at such a ridiculous time of night/morning. He carried out his work without a moan or a groan. I’m delighted that after 7 or 8 years with a very cold kitchen, that radiator now gets splendidly hot.
